Ron W. Gilbreath | Vice President of Asset Management



Ron Gilbreath holds the title of Vice President of Asset Management and is headquartered in our regional office in Dallas, TX. He is responsible for directing the operations and supervision of the asset management department.


Prior to joining our team Mr. Gilbreath held the role of  Vice President of Asset Management for Rainier Asset Management Company in Dallas.  He has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience including property management, asset management, leasing and project management. Mr. Gilbreath began his real estate career as a commercial real estate manager with Murray Management managing a portfolio of both office and retail properties. In 1990 he joined Cousins Properties and managed a 15 property portfolio of office, retail and industrial buildings, totaling over 700,000 square feet.  In 1992 he was promoted to senior manager responsible for the direct management for a Class-A highrise office complex. In 1995 he was promoted again to manage all property management activities for a premier 50-story office building totaling over 1.4 million square feet.


Mr. Gilbreath earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  Mr. Gilbreath earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Oklahoma University.



Lee Ward



Lee Ward holds the title of Regional Asset Manager and will manage the South Central Region and is located in our Atlanta Regional Office. 


Mr. Ward has over 16 years in asset management and commercial lending experience including managing various real estate portfolios, underwriting modeling, structuring real estate investment trusts, credit underwriting and financial analysis. He gained real estate with Wells Real Estate Funds, Inc in Norcross, Georgia through several different management and director positions. While working in Norcross, Lee led registration and structuring of several real estate investment trusts (REIT’s), one of which raised equity of over $300 million and owns over 300,000 acres of US timberland worth over $400 million. He also managed a loan portfolio of Fortune 500 companies helping to grow the portfolio from $750 million to over $1.5 billion in assets under management (AUM).


Mr. Ward holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University, a BS in Environmental Design from Auburn University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
