CapHarbor Hits One Out of the Park!
On Friday, April 26, 2013, CapHarbor Property Management and Cushman & Wakefield of Dallas hosted a Homerun Derby for over 30 of Las Colinas and Coppell/Lewisville area top tenant rep brokers. The Derby was held at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, where each broker got their turn swinging for the fences. One of Cushman & Wakefield's heavy hitters even hit one out of the park during his time at the plate. CapHarbor Vice President of Asset Management, Ron Gilbreath, took a turn on the hill pitching to a number of batters. As he reminisced about his earlier career path as a professional baseball pitcher, Gilbreath enjoyed torturing the Derby participants with variations of lobs, sliders, and curve balls.
Matt Schendle of Cushman & Wakefield and Tripp Sellers of CapHarbor provided information on current leasing opportunities at the Vista Ridge property in Lewisville and the 122 W. John Carpenter building in Las Colinas during lunch at the Batter's Eye Club at the stadium. This broker event was created as part of the strategic marketing plan to showcase the new leasing opportunities in these buildings. The added exposure has already resulted in additional space showings and a new LOI for 60,000 SF.
